Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your membership or coaching sessions, please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may still be charged for the upcoming cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your membership cycle has started. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us directly so we can resolve it quickly. In special circumstances (such as medical emergencies), partial credits may be considered at our discretion.

The Kind Push is a fitness coaching service designed to give you daily motivation, accountability, and guidance—like having a supportive big sister in your pocket.

How does the coaching work?

You’ll receive personalized texts, voice notes, and encouragement based on your goals. Depending on your membership tier, you may also receive additional perks like 1:1 check-ins, milestone rewards, or customized plans.

Do I need to download an app?

No separate app is required. All coaching is delivered directly through text or voice notes, making it simple and accessible.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. If you need a break, you may pause your membership for up to 1 month. Please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

What if I don’t like it?

We encourage all new clients to commit for at least one month to experience the full benefit of coaching. If you feel it isn’t the right fit, you may cancel before your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the service, we do not provide refunds. However, we are committed to your success and will work with you to make adjustments if needed.
